Sugaring Waxing Ocala offers skin care treatments, body sugaring services, and cosmetic product sales. All services are provided by trained and licensed professionals in accordance with Florida laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for reasons including, but not limited to, inappropriate behavior, medical contraindications, or non-compliance with these Terms.

• Booking: Clients must provide accurate information when booking services.
• Consent: Certain services may require you to sign a Service Consent Form prior to treatment.
• Arrival: Clients are allowed to arrive up to 10 minutes late for their appointment. After this period, the service will either be canceled or rescheduled based on the client’s preference. Please make every effort to arrive on time to ensure the best possible experience.

• Payments: Full payment is required at the time of service or product purchase.
• Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for services rendered. Unopened products may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
• Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

Clients must disclose any known allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to receiving services. Failure to provide accurate health or skin information may result in adverse outcomes, for which Sugaring Waxing Ocala is not liable.

By using our services, you agree to release and hold harmless Sugaring Waxing Ocala, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from treatments or products provided, except where prohibited by law.
